Terms of Service
These terms cover how we work together when you engage Growth Lab. By working with us, you agree to them.
Who we are
Growth Lab ("we", "us", "our") provides funnel and growth services from growth-labs.agency.
What we do
We provide growth and funnel services for e-commerce brands, including but not limited to:
- Funnel optimization and conversion work, from the ad click to the checkout
- Landing pages, presells, product pages, checkout and post-purchase flows
- Paid media management on Meta and Google when you want us running the ad account
- Funnel audits, creative, and consulting
The exact deliverables for your engagement are set out in the individual agreement we sign with you.
Engagement and payment
Work is custom and starts only after we have agreed on scope and you have made the initial payment. Payment terms and schedules are set in your agreement. We confirm scope, deliverables, and total cost before collecting anything. Prices do not include taxes unless we say otherwise.
Fulfillment
Everything we deliver is digital. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Timelines are agreed during onboarding. If work stalls on your side, through late feedback, access, or approvals, delivery dates move accordingly.
Refunds
Because the work is custom and time-intensive, payments are non-refundable once work has begun, unless a specific written guarantee in your agreement says otherwise. If you are unhappy with the quality, email customer-care@growth-labs.agency and we will do everything reasonable to make it right. Our full refund terms are on the Fulfillment & Refund Policy page.
Your responsibilities
To do our job, we need you to:
- Give us timely access to the accounts, assets, and information we need
- Review deliverables and give feedback within the agreed timelines
- Not use delivered work before it is paid for in full
Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, the work we deliver is yours to use. We may show non-confidential work in our own portfolio and case studies, unless we have signed an NDA or agreed otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for:
- Changes in third-party platform policies (Meta, Google, Shopify, and the like)
- Platform suspensions, bans, or downtime
- Results falling short of projections, unless a specific result was guaranteed in writing
Our work improves your odds. It is not a promise of a specific financial outcome unless we have put that promise in writing.
Termination
Either side can end the engagement with the notice set out in your agreement. On termination, you are responsible for payment for all work delivered up to that point.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Growth Lab operates.
