How we deliver our work, and how refunds work. Short version: it is all digital, and we make things right if something is off.
Fulfillment
Growth Lab provides digital growth and funnel services, tailored to each client: audits, funnel and page builds, creative, and paid media management.
- Once we have agreed on scope and you have paid, you receive your onboarding materials within a few business days.
- Deliverables are provided on a rolling basis according to the scope we agreed.
- Timelines and communication cadence are laid out in your agreement.
- Everything is delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping.
Refunds
Our work is custom and time-bound, so once work has begun, payments are non-refundable, unless a specific written guarantee in your agreement says otherwise. If something is not right, email customer-care@growth-labs.agency. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
