What we collect

Two things, and that is it.

• Usage and analytics data. When you visit the site, tools like Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel automatically record things like your IP address, device, browser, and which pages you viewed. This is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
• What you send us. If you fill in a form or book a call, we collect what you type: your name, email, your brand, your rough monthly revenue, and your message. We use it to reply and to prepare for our conversation.

How we use it

• To understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
• To reply to you and get ready for a call or audit.
• To run and measure our own marketing.

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies from Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand traffic and improve the content. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out through Google Analytics' opt-out tool and Facebook's ad preferences.

Your rights

If you live in the EU, the UK, or California, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. We do not have a self-serve tool for this yet, so just email customer-care@growth-labs.agency and we will handle it.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we collect. That said, no method of sending data over the internet is ever 100% secure, so you use the site at your own risk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy now and then. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
